Call triple zero (000) if:
Someone is seriously injured or in need of urgent medical help;
Your life or property is being threatened; or
You have just witnessed a serious accident or crime.
If a resident of Liberty Grove feels unsafe for any other reason, they are able to contact security on 0405 998 633. Security will attend and assist to the extent that they can. For serious matters, security can contact police (000) and assist in any way possible until they arrive.
The Security Handbook has been designed to assist the Liberty Grove security staff in the execution of their duties within the Liberty Grove community complex. Obviously no handbook will provide guidelines for every situation; nor should any single manual be relied upon as the sole source of safety and security information for the Liberty Grove community. This handbook provides general precautions and procedures applicable to most situations.
The Security staff at Liberty Grove are managed by the Estate Manager. Any issues involving Security should be initially addressed to the Estate Manager during normal office hours. However if the office is closed, direct contact with Security personnel on duty can be made by calling 0405 998 633.

During security patrols, the security officers will observe the actions of people within Liberty Grove to ensure that there is as little disturbance to residents as possible and that all residents of Liberty Grove feel safe at all times. If security officers see any behaviour which breaches any of the by-laws, they issue a by-law breach notice which is generally effective in preventing further breaches.
